We were in Naples, Florida on a company trip and we got to go eat out one night. We ate ate Truluck's which is a Seafood, Steak and Crab House (http://www.trulucks.com/)

For a starter, we had their Stone Crab that is fresh caught on the Isle of Capri off the coast of Naples. This was my first time having Stone Crab. I thought I had tried just about all of them, but was caught of guard with a new one! It was good, but not my favorite. To me it is a very earthy crab. The taste almost resembles the name!

For dinner I had Prime Steak ala Crab! And oh was it incredible! It is Prime Steak that is roasted and served with a red wine demi-glace, Parmesan mashed potatoes and a rich King crab butter for dipping! I absolutely recommend this to anyone who loves steak and crab!
