Johnny Carino's - Athens, Georgia

Oh Johnny is after my heart!!! I love Italian food and love it when I find a place that is just off the charts good! I have been to Johnny Carino's several times and it just gets better every time I go! It is the old Italian favorites with a twist of super fresh ingredients.
I usually get the Grilled New York Strip which is premium aged center cut, served with red pepper green beans and side of pasta with the best, spicy marinara sauce I have had anywhere! I have asked them if I can buy the sauce by the gallon?! lol
When I don't get the steak, I'll get the Carino's Combo which is a combination of Lasagna, Chicken Parmigiana and Spaghetti and I always get (no matter what dish I eat) the spicy marinara!
Goofing around with my friend Lauren at the bar after enjoying another wonderful dinner!

Bonefish Grill - Indianapolis, Indiana

Tomorrow is our 1 year anniversary and my husband is having to leave in the morning to go to Atlanta, so we went out to dinner tonight. We decided to go to Bonefish Grill since I am a seafood lover!
This is me and my husband Tom
I decided to go all out! So I had a 6 oz. center cut filet with a Maryland Style Crab cake and I added a Lobster Tail to it! The filet was cooked perfectly, the crab cake was full of jumbo lump crab meat and not too much filler and the lobster tail was perfect!

Giordano's - Chicago, Illinois

You must visit Giordano's if you are ever in Chicago! There are a lot of places that claim to have the best Chicago style pizza, but this is the best by far!
And they don't just have great pizza, they offer a typical Italian menu from fried cheese to sandwiches to pastas. The dining room is a typical pizza joint style, red checkered table cloths and all! Here I am with my friends Nauder and Debbie. And here is the beautiful pizza we had! We got pepperoni and it was out of this world! The amount of cheese they put in here is amazing and the sauce is just zesty and delicious!

Truluck's - Naples, Florida

We were in Naples, Florida on a company trip and we got to go eat out one night. We ate ate Truluck's which is a Seafood, Steak and Crab House (http://www.trulucks.com/) The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is a white table cloth, fine dining restaurant dimly lit to create a nice, romantic feel. This is me with my husband waiting on our food! For a starter, we had their Stone Crab that is fresh caught on the Isle of Capri off the coast of Naples. This was my first time having Stone Crab. I thought I had tried just about all of them, but was caught of guard with a new one! It was good, but not my favorite. To me it is a very earthy crab. The taste almost resembles the name!
For dinner I had Prime Steak ala Crab! And oh was it incredible! It is Prime Steak that is roasted and served with a red wine demi-glace, Parmesan mashed potatoes and a rich King crab butter for dipping! I absolutely recommend this to anyone who loves steak and crab!

Big City Bread - Athens, Georgia

I ate breakfast today with 2 of the most wonderful people in my life - Lauren and Jon. They introduced me to my new addiction...Big City Bread Cafe in Athens, Georgia! (http://www.bigcitybreadcafe.com/)
It is located across from the University of Georgia campus, so it gets a wide variety of people in and out of there and the menu reflects that wide range of people! They open at 7am and close at 9:30pm and they have the best breakfast ever!
They have specials every day!
But my absolute favorite part are the pastries! They make the best scones, breads and the biscuits are great too!
If you are ever in Athens, this is a must go! They allow dogs and don't mind if you write on the walls!
